The ICMI Discovery Stage continues that tradition by bringing together fresh voices and experienced talent, offering new perspectives, practical ideas and thought-provoking conversations.

From practical tips on wellness in the workplace to lived experience in advocacy and resilience, communication, influence and human connection, through to finding your purpose, the ICMI Discovery Stage is a chance to hear different perspectives and discover ideas that can shape workplaces, leadership and future events.

As part of the PCOA program, the ICMI Discovery Stage will run as a breakout session, conveniently located within the north-west corner of the exhibition and trade area.

Silent Sounds will support the ICMI Discovery Stage experience, and the conversation doesn’t have to end when the session does. Our talent will be available to connect with delegates in the ICMI Discovery Lounge during lunch and afternoon tea breaks.
