Ali Clarke is one of South Australia’s most recognisable media personalities, with more than two decades of experience across radio, television and live events. Best known for her work on MIX102.3, Triple M and ABC Radio, Ali has built a reputation for her warmth, sharp wit and ability to connect authentically with audiences.
With a background in journalism and communication, Ali is a highly experienced MC, moderator and facilitator who brings intelligence, professionalism and energy to every event. Whether hosting conferences, leading panel discussions or interviewing high profile guests, she has a natural ability to guide meaningful conversations while keeping audiences engaged.
Beyond media, Ali is a part-owner of Prohibition Gin and has contributed to a range of sporting and community initiatives, including advisory work connected to major events and women in sport.
In 2024, Ali publicly shared her breast cancer diagnosis and approached the experience with honesty, humour and resilience. Now healthy and back in full flight, she brings an even deeper sense of perspective and authenticity to both her professional and personal life.
When she’s not hosting events or growing her business ventures, Ali is busy keeping up with her three children and supporting her football coach husband.
